This is a newer variety with a dark purple skin and purple flesh. It is not a true Fingerling. It is more of a salad type potato, similar to French fingerling in size and shape. It yields well and sets from 7 to 12 nice tubers per hill.

It is a mid summer variety that will mature in about 100 days. It’s stores well below 40° and retains its color.  It is a very nice general use Potato and has excellent color and flavor specialty dishes.
