When do you ship potatoes?

We ship all year round. During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide your preferred shipping date. We will do our absolute best to honor that.

We ship by USPS Priority Mail, all by air.

No, as long as your soil temperature is above 45 degrees.

Compost contains no nitrogen. During the heating process, nitrogen turns into gas and dissipates into the air. Potatoes need nitrogen to produce.

Do not plant them more than 2 inches deep. Then cover them with 3 inches of soil. Begin hilling them when the plants are about 4 inches tall.
